Father,
Jesus I believe you died for my sins on the cross and shed your
blood just for me. And on the third day you arose from the dead.
Jesus I believe you are sitting on the right hand side of God. So I ask
you to forgive me of my sins and wash me in your blood. And come
in my heart and make me new. So now Lord I ask you to baptize me
in your Spirit for your service.
In Jesus Name,
